New Student Registration
During the School Year
Families who are new to the district during the school year will need to contact the secretary of their home school, or school of attendance. Your home school is determined based on your home address.
To help you determine what your home school is, you can use our boundary map tool, linked here or below, or call the District 44 Administration Center at 630-827-4400 if needed!
New Student Registration
During Summer Break
Beginning June 1st, families new to the district may pick up a registration packet from outside Door 1 of their home school (Door 14 in the north parking lot at Butterfield Elementary). The required forms and instructions for registration are included in this packet.
If you require assistance during summer break between the dates of June 20-July 31 1, please complete and submit this Student Registration Help Desk Google form.
In the first week of August, a staff member will reach out to you with further instructions and an appointment will be made to complete the registration process. Walk-ins are not encouraged.
After August 1, contact the secretary of your home school (please see below) as the Student Help Desk form will no longer be available.
