Timely & Meaningful Meeting

As a public school district, we are required to utilize a portion of our Federal Part B Special Education funds to provide the opportunity to identified private and home-schooled students with disabilities special education services. This is part of the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 “IDEA 2004”. As part of that process, the district holds an annual meeting to disclose information about our plans for the coming school year.

All are invited to this meeting to review how Lombard Elementary District 44 will provide special education services to students with disabilities who are home-schooled or attend private schools within our district during the 2025-2026 school year.
