Dear District 44 Families,

Due to inclement weather expected to hit the area tomorrow evening and into Friday, we are implementing an e-learning day for Friday, December 23, 2022 for students in grades K-8. JSECC had a previously scheduled professional development day with no students in attendance.  

This means there will be no students on campus, and we will not be providing transportation to our out of district schools. 

As a reminder, the district follows a set of criteria when determining whether to call an e-learning day vs. a snow day cancellation. That can be found by clicking here. 

A communication will be following this from your child’s principals providing more specific information.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out directly to your child’s teacher or principal.
