2019-2020 New Student Registration Documents

Please see your school secretary for registration assistance during the school year.

Online registration is for returning students only
and is open July 15th through early-August. 

 All registrations are to be received or postmarked by August 1st and a $20 late fee will be applied to registrations and payments received after August 14th. 

The majority of 2019-2020 registrations for returning elementary and middle school students can be accomplished online and begins July 15th. Skyward Family Access Login information will be mailed home the end of June.

For 2019-2020 summer registrations for new students or other registration assistance, staff will be available at:

July 16th through July 18th and July 24th through July 26th
9:00 am to 3:00 pm. 
Evening assistance will be available Wednesday, July 17th until 7:00 pm.

On the above dates, staff will be available to answer questions, accept past-due fees and registration fee payments, process completed new student registrations and will assist with on-site computers available for online registration. Spanish assistance will be available.

Starting July 29th, building secretaries will return to their offices to begin processing registrations and assisting with needs other than registration. Computers for online registration will be available at each school. The Lombard Public Library also has computers available for community use.

 
Parents/guardians of new students must bring the following documents to their home school to enroll their child:
Three proofs of residency:
  • One of the following for the residence at which the student(s) resides:
      • A current real estate tax bill showing parent/guardian as the owner
      • A current mortgage statement showing the parent/guardian as the owner
      • A letter of residence
      • A current, original signed lease showing the parent/guardian as the tenant (on an annual basis)
 
    • Two of the following showing the address for the residence at which the student(s) reside: 
      • Current gas, water or electric bill
      • Driver's license
      • Public aid
      • Vehicle registration
      • Receipt from moving van rental
      • Current homeowner's /renter's insurance policy and payment receipt
 
  • Legal Custody/Guardianship Documents - If there are any legal documents pertaining to custody of the student, you must provide a copy of that documentation. This includes divorce decrees and temporary legal guardianship papers. 
  • A signed Illinois Transfer Form if the student is transferring from an Illinois public school.
  • A copy of the student's birth certificate with embossed seal. Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1 of the school year for which they are being enrolled.

Glenn Westlake Registration Materials 2019-20
The following documents are designed only for middle school students and their families. Please download, complete and return to the middle school as necessary. (Returning students must complete online registration.)
 
All middle school students (new and returning) are required to attend a walk-in registration day, by grade level. Dates and times are as follows:
     Monday, August 12th - Grade 8 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
     Tuesday, August 13th - Grade 7 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
     Wednesday, August 14th - Grade 6 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
